Apollo-Rida Poland is pleased to announce the latest letting at the Warsaw Trade Tower to Nike Poland. Nike, a world leader in sporting goods, will occupy an entire floor measuring 1,198 m2 of office space and will join an existing list of world’s renowned Tenants such as: KPMG, MSD Polska (an affiliate of the US based Merck Inc.), EMC² and the Polish based Warsaw Investment Group.
Warsaw Trade Tower is the tallest office building in Poland, and the 7th tallest office building in Europe. The building is located at the intersection of Chłodna and Towarowa streets on the Western Side of the Central Business District. Some of the key features include: efficient floor-plates, VAV air-conditioning, raised floors, one of the fastest elevators in Europe, abundant parking and amenities, as well as a panoramic view of the entire city of Warsaw.
