“Our decision has been influenced by 3 main factors: the quality of the building, attractiveness of the offer and successful co-operation with Apollo-Rida Poland, the new owner of the building. Given these elements, the choice was very simple” said Mr. Jan Smólski, General Director of EMC Computer Systems Polska.
The transaction has been brokered by Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker.
Warsaw Trade Tower is one of the most prestigious buildings in Warsaw dominating the Western part of the city center. The building features 44,000 square meters of high end office accommodation, one of the fastest elevators in Europe, raised floors, full specification VAV climate control system, sophisticated technical fit-out as well as an array of building amenities including the “Tower Club” restaurant.
