Apollo-Rida Poland announced today it has acquired the Warsaw Trade Tower, Warsaw’s tallest skyscraper, dominating the North-West end of the City Center.
“The building is a true landmark of Warsaw and an outstanding architectural and engineering achievement” says David Mitzner, President of Apollo-Rida Poland “We are delighted to add this diamond to the portfolio of our real estate investments in Poland”.
Warsaw Trade Tower features 44,000 square meters of high end office accommodation and will include a full range of support services. Building features include the fastest elevators in Europe, raised floors, full specification VAV climate control system, and high standard fit out.
