Apollo Rida Poland Sp. z.o.o. announced the promotion of Wiktor Rodziewicz to Director of Asset Management. Wiktor has been associated with Apollo-Rida since 2004 and supervises Apollo-Rida’s real estate portfolio, including 28 shopping centers and malls throughout Poland, The Warsaw Trade Tower, and Zeran Park. He has also assumed responsibility of overseeing the project development of several new retail projects adjacent to Apollo-Rida’s existing centers.
Wiktor has been in commercial real estate since 1995 and has been involved in leasing, property management and the development of retail centers, residential properties and office buildings.
