Apollo-Rida Poland has announced its newest letting at Żerań Park II to LOPAREX one of the largest commercial supplier of siliconised release papers and films. The newest Tenant will occupy approx 2700 sqm of space. The transaction has been brokered by Jartom Nieruchomości.
Żerań Park II will comprise of 4 buildings totaling 42 300 sqm of space, designed to the latest standards and capabilities in warehousing and logistics technology. The master plan of Żerań Park II has been designed to house highest quality warehouse space, as well as modular office units with full provision for advanced air-conditioning system, attractive reception and display areas, flexible floor layouts, natural light, and telecommunication systems.
The entire Żerań Park Project (Phases I and II) is widely recognized as Warsaw’s prime business, distribution and technology center; located just 500 meters form the Trasa Toruńska and only 15 minutes away from the city center.
