Apollo-Rida Poland has announced its newest letting at Żerań Park II to Murexin Polska, an international producer of chemical building products.
Żerań Park II will comprise of 4 buildings totaling 42 300 sqm of space, designed to the latest standards and capabilities in warehousing and logistics technology. The master plan of Żerań Park II has been designed to house highest quality warehouse space, as well as modular office units.
The entire Żerań Park Project (Phases I and II) is widely recognized as Warsaw’s prime business, distribution and technology center; located just 500 meters form the Trasa Toruńska and only 15 minutes away from the city center.
