Apollo-Rida is pleased to welcome its new tenants at Żerań Park II. PTC Sp. z o.o., the operator of Era mobile telecommunication network will occupy a unit of 900 sqm in Building B of the complex. German fashion retailer Peek & Cloppenburg leased 1800 sqm in Building C.
Cushman & Wakefield acted for Apollo-Rida in both transactions.
Following the conclusion of the above mentioned lettings, Żerań Park II is over 90% lease with only 3600 sqm remaining available for lease in Building C.
Żerań Park II is a master planned office and distribution park located in inner Warsaw, only 15 minutes away from the city center. The property consists of 36,000 sqm designed to the latest standards and capabilities in warehousing and logistics technology. Its occupiers include leading international and Polish companies such as Johnson Controls, Estée Lauder, and many others. In 2008 Żerań Park II will be enlarged by Building D, offering additional 16,000 sqm of space designed to house highest quality warehouse space, as well as modular office units with full provision for advanced air-conditioning system, attractive reception and display areas, flexible floor layouts, natural light, and telecommunication systems.
